Background

The company was using Salesforce Classic. This version’s layout had excessive data to display, and such overloaded pages hampered their effective usage. Moreover, complex & critical financial business processes made Salesforce Classic interface insufficient for effective usage.

There was also a need for early-stage application vetting to facilitate credible underwriting checks and help capture potential non-performing accounts early in the stage.
