Capify wanted a solution to streamline the partner onboarding process and catalyze more rapid capture, tracking and engagement of new leads, resulting in improved back-office productivity and more revenue generating activity. Since an onboarding process consists of several steps, involves many people, and lasted for many days, the company needed a custom Salesforce solution to help them improve the existing process.
