Background

The existing solution (from Monday.com) was far from the comprehensive solution that a financial firm needs, which made it difficult for the sales and underwriting team to reference customer information and any terms that were offered during previous customer interactions.

The company needed to be digital, highly efficient, and customer-focused to compete in the digital lending space. Using Salesforce, a comprehensive system was designed to allow easy and active data access and handling to enable the firm to give Rent Roll Loans & Trail Book Loans.
